We have and inhouse technical team which specializes in inspecting and testing our products. We however also outsource this service when it comes to certain items.
We have an in house grading system which we use in determining the condition of our items. This conclusions are drawn from thorough inspections of the product and packaging.

Delivery within Canada can take about 2 – 10 business days depending on where you’re located and the season. International deliveries might be slightly longer depending on the same reasons above.
Once we process your order for shipping, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to load into the carriers system. Please contact our Customer Service department if your tracking information is still not available after 48 hours from shipping.
