Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order online at any moment before it ships. If you change your mind after your order has shipped, please contact us via any one of the methods below:

Please bear in mind that once the item ships and a cancellation request is received, the cost of rerouting the item, plus return shipping shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Return Categories
Buyer Remorse(Change in mind or doesn’t suit buyers needs): generally defined as a feeling of regret experienced after making a purchase, typically one regarded as unnecessary or extravagant. Furthermore, when a buyer purchases an item but it ends up not suiting their purpose.
When a return is deemed to fall under this category, the return shipping cost is covered by the buyer.

Wrong/Damaged/Defective: When a return falls under this category, please contact our customer service team and one of our team mates will be happy to assist.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The item, if brand new were purchased in the last 30 days
If “Open Box”, in the last 60 days
If “Refurbished”, in the last 90 days.
We have an extended warranty of 180 days applicable to certain refurbished items.
The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
-Baby products such as breast pumps, feeding bottles
-Shaving kits
-Adult toys
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
