Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order online at any moment before it ships. If you change your mind after your order has shipped, please contact us via any one of the methods below:

Bear in mind that once the item ships and a cancellation request is received, the cost of rerouting the item, plus return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product. The amount will be refunded to the account which was used to place the order. 

Return Categories

Our returns are categorized into two main categories:

Buyer Remorse(Change of mind or doesn’t suit buyers needs): generally defined as a feeling of regret experienced after making a purchase, typically one regarded as unnecessary or extravagant. Furthermore, when a buyer purchases an item but it ends up not suiting their purpose.
When a return is deemed to fall under this category, the return shipping cost is covered by the buyer. Restocking fees may apply in cases where the packaging has been damaged, accessories are missing or not included in the return.

Wrong/Damaged/Defective/Not as described:

If an incorrect item is shipped or the item is not properly described in our listing, we will assume complete responsibility for such returns. 

If the item is defective prior to shipping or damaged in transit; we assume full responsibility. 

However if an item is damaged by the buyer before our store warranty period runs out, please contact our customer service team and one of our team members will be happy to assist. Some claims in this categories may be denied.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The item if;

Brand new was purchased in the last 30 days
“Open Box”, in the last 90 days
“Refurbished”, in the last 180 days.
The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:
–   Baby products such as breast pumps, feeding bottles
–   Shaving kits
–   Adult toys
–   Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
–   Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
